How to Make an Origami Butterfly?
For the crafts you need a piece of square paper. Choose the size, depending on what size the butterfly you want.
Make four folds on this square, from the corners, and from the sides. To do this, fold the paper in half, for a start, side by side, smooth out the fold well.
Straighten the paper, the fold is clearly visible.
Fold in half again, but folding the other two sides together. You get two cross folds.
Next, you need to fold the corner to the opposite corner to form a triangle, and then just put the two other corners together. Fold the bends; they should be in the form of a snowflake.
Direct the two side folds inward, as it is shown in the photo.
Press the paper. You get something like a triangle.
Now bend the corner of the triangle with one side up, aligning with the middle fold line and bringing it to the top corner.
Then bend the second corner.
Turn the part on the other side, for convenience, place the wide side up. Point one bottom corner up.
Do it in such a way that it is above the upper broad side of the triangle. Pull it up.
As a result of these actions, the corner will pull the lower side a little, which is what we need.
Fold the little corner of the upper side and press it well.
Butterfly is done, you need only to give the desired bend. To do this, in the place where the corner is tucked over the straight side, squeeze your fingers along the fold, guiding it slightly inward. Do not be afraid to press well in the area of the corner bend, and along the whole fold This will only strengthen the butterfly, raise its wings.
Turn it over and the origami butterfly is completely ready.
