You can make this origami ghost on the eve of Halloween. Follow this step-by-step tutorial and you will be able to craft this funny ghost. Speaking of materials, you will only need colored paper of any shade you like. Ideally, we would recommend using special origami paper which has the right density and shape – it is usually square.
How to make a smiling origami ghost?
Prepare a square sheet of paper.
Bring two opposite corners together and fold the square in half.
Fold the right corner along the central crease.
Do the same thing with the left one.
Now fold the right corner back a little as shown on the picture.
Do the same thing with the left one.
There are small corners left on top, we pointed them with arrows on the picture. Fold them as well. First on one side.
And then on the other.
Fold the top corner down.
Point the bottom tail to the left, trying to align it with the right edge of the folded paper.
Turn the craft face down.
That’s it! Our origami ghost is now ready. All we have left to do is to take a black marker pen and draw the eyes and a perky smile. It would be even better, if you cut the eyes out of paper, or purchase the moving ones in a store.
