Origami Watermelon Step by Step
Prepare red and green square pieces of paper.
Lay them one on top of the other and carefully fit the edges. It may be easier for someone to work with glued paper.
Fold the doubled paper in half, side to side. The red color should be inside.
Open the paper, for convenience, unfold the resulting fold perpendicular to you.
Fold in the corners on one side.
Then on the other, trying to make them the same.
Make narrow folds on the sides.
Now fold the top and bottom corners back to the left.
Then to the right.
Fold back the top and bottom corners.
Fold the resulting design in half, with the red part out.
