- A writing pencil, a glue stick, scissors.
Toilet Paper Roll Frog Step by Step
Cut a small rectangle out of green paper as long and wide as the roll. It’s convenient to use the roll for measuring, marking its size with a pencil.
Stick the piece to the roll using a glue stick.
Use the template and cut out all the parts, which the frog consists of.
In this case, green cardboard is the most suitable. The pattern doesn’t include the frog’s head, since it’s a common circle of 9.5-10 cm in diameter. Yes, the frog is quite large. And the tongue as well – a long red strip with a slightly curled end.
Fold the green circle head in half; you can also make one part bigger than the other to close the roll hole completely. Take a green part, which you will stick the eyes to, slightly fold its outer straight part, apply glue onto it and stick it to the head; add moving eyes.
Apply glue to the roll edge and stick the head. Glue a long tongue in the middle, starting from the very fold.
Apply glue to the roll’s bottom rim and glue it to the frog’s hind legs, add front legs on the either side. That’s all, this is a cute and quite a large frog we have made of a toilet paper roll.
