Clay sheep step by step. An interesting version of modeling a sheep from black and white clay. A simple craft for children’s creativity.
You will need:
- black and white clay;
- decorative eyes with movable pupils.
Clay Sheep Step by Step
Let’s start by creating the body of the future sheep. To do this, we need to first roll a ball out of white clay, and then flatten it a little. It turned out here is such a white blank of an oval shape.
We will decorate the body with small curls, for which we roll up white thin flagella.
Now you need black clay. From it we will make a head and ears, initially balls will be blanks for them (a large one for the head and a couple of small ones for the ears).
Next, we form the head. From small balls we make ears and fasten them on the sides of the head.
Additionally, from black clay, you need to make legs for a lamb. Initially, these will be balls.
We sculpt legs from these balls.
We connect all the details together. The image of a sheep has already been outlined.
Now let’s take care of the formation of curls that will be located on the body of the lamb. To do this, we turn each thin flagellum into a spiral.
We fix these blanks not only on the body of the lamb, but also attach one part to the head.
It remains to add plastic eyes. If there are none, then the eyes can be blinded using black and white clay for this. Or use beads, any other decorative material.
Here is such a charming clay sheep. Maybe as an Easter craft.
