The basis for the flower will be a square blank cut from glitter blue foam. We have prepared a square with a side of 9 cm. We mark it on the wrong side using a toothpick and a ruler. Then we cut it out with scissors.
Next we need a stapler. Fold the blue square in half with the shiny side facing out, and then fasten the workpiece at the fold on the sides.
After this, fold the square in half in the other direction (again with the shiny side out) and secure the fold with a stapler (except for the middle).
Now you need to carefully straighten the square, pushing through the middle. The result is a blank for a flower.
Next, let’s work on the petals. For this we need a lighter. Gently heat the bottom of the petal over the fire of a lighter. Then squeeze the tip of the petal with your fingers.
We do the same with the other petals.
